In 1997, we established Mayhaven Awards for Fiction and Mayhaven Awards for Children's Fiction for unpublished manuscripts. However, we are going to take a little break, and will not not offer the award in 2009. Watch for the latest winners of this excellent award, which opened the doors for two winners, Susan McBride (And Then She Was Gone) and Adam Freedman (Elated by Details) into major publishing houses.

We thank all those who have participated and we look forward to publishing the most recent winners in the coming months.
